BROOKLYN - Dozens gathered Sunday to protest conditions at NYCHA residencies that have been called “deplorable.” St. Paul Community Baptist Church and East Brooklyn congregation members were marching to East New York NYCHA houses in protest of environments they say are unsafe and rat-infested. One resident says they have mold and chipping paint, while another submitted video to News 12 of water damage and a rat infestation.
